Hello, everyone!  Today the Stamping Bella team is sharing samples of a NEW RELEASE available for purchase on Thursday, October 1st. Today I have four new Oddballs to share. Be sure to check out additional new images and samples on the Stamping Bella blog!  If you leave a comment there on each preview day, you will have the chance to win a $25 shopping spree in the SB shop!

All images were stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card and colored with Copic markers. Markers used are noted below each photo.

Oddball Girl Elf

Stamping Bella Oddball Girl Elf

Copic markers – BG10, BG11, BG70, BG72, E000, E00, E04, E11, E21, E31, E33, E35, E41, E42, E43, G24, G29, G94, R29, R59, W1, W3, W5, W7, W9, Y21

I *love* Oddball Girl Elf, especially with the new Festive Oddball Sentiment. Once stamped and colored, I adhered over a panel of Queen & Company‘s North Pole Party patterned paper and added accents of Striped Epoxy Dots. I “tied” the sentiment to her hand and popped up the small tag using foam tape.

Oddball Sugar Plum Fairy

Coipc markers – BG10, E000, E00, E04, E11, E21, E31, E35, V09, V12, V15, V17, Y21; Kirarina Wink White Pearl pen

Next, I colored Oddball Sugar Plum Fairy. The image comes along with the sentiment I used here. Once colored, I added white dots to her dress using a Kirarina Wink White Pearl pen. Beneath the colored panel, I used some Q&C All Bundled Up patterned paper and super sparkly purple Goosebumps.

Oddball Snow Queen

Stamping Bella Oddball Snow Queen

Copic markers – B0000, B000, B01, B21, B23, B24, B26, B45, BG10, C00, C1, C2, E000, E00, E04, E11, E21, E31, E34, E35, E37

Here I paired new Oddball Snow Queen with Taylored Expressions’ Snowflake Border Builder.  In the center of the snowfakes, I adhered Q&C’s white Petite Posies. They’re super sparkly!

Christmas Tree Oddball Girl

Stamping Bella Christmas Tree Oddball Girl

Copic markers – BG10, BG45, BG49, B66, B69, E000, E00, E04, E11, E21, E31, E35, E37, G21, G24, G29, R24, R29, R59, Y21, YR23; Kirarina Wink White Pearl pen

And lastly (for today), I paired new Christmas Tree Oddball Girl with a Festive Oddball Sentiment.  I carefully cut around her head so I could tuck strands of TE’s Holiday Borders (which may be discontinued) and adhered all over Q&C’s Happy Holly Days patterned paper. The sentiment was cut to a tag shape and adhered using a Red Epoxy dot.

Be sure to stop by the Stamping Bella blog each day, today through Wednesday, and leave a comment for the chance to win a shopping code to the SB shop!

I’ll be back tomorrow with more!  Thanks for stopping by!

After stamping onto X-Press It Blending Card and coloring with Copic markers, I added a bit of wave stencil blending in the background then added a sprinkling of Queen & Company‘s sparkly purple Jelly Gems. Queen & Company’s Leaf Shaped Card Kit

Hello everyone! With a bit of crispness in the air, I thought I’d share a card I created using Queen & Company‘s Leaf Shaped Card kit.

If you’re unfamiliar with Q& C’s shaped card kits, let me tell you they are so much fun and so easy to use. Each kit includes shaker dies, an outline die, a coordinating 2×3 stamp set, four foam/acetate shakers, four shaped cardstock bases and four envelopes. The leaf die measures about 5″ x 5″ so I think it’s great that appropriately sized envelopes are included in the kit.

With my shaker I used Happy Harvest patterned paper, green, yellow and orange buttons, Sequin toppings and sentiment tag attached with yellow trim. Also, I highly recommend Sheer Glue for attaching the acetate or any embellishments.

Queen & Company has quite a few Shaped Card kits. ALL so much fun! I hope you’ll check them out.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Life is a Balance

Good morning everyone, or afternoon, whatever time of day it is for you. Once some rain clears out here, we’re in for glorious cool weather with sun and a breeze. I can’t wait. Fall is my favorite season.  🙂

Today the Stamping Bella team is creating with images from the Stuffies category. Donkey Trio Stuffies is the September Stamp (set) of the Month so now we’re sharing other images from that same category. (Donkey Trio Stuffies is currently 50% off through 9/30. It’s a four-stamp set for only $6.50!)

Stamping Bella Leo the Balancing Stuffie

Copic markers – BG10, BG70, E07, E09, E30, E31, E33, E35, E37, E49, E79, G24, G28, R01, R02, W00, W1, W3, W5, W7, Y26, Y28, YR04, YR15, YR18

I used my MISTI to stamp the lions onto X-Press It Blending Card then  colored with Copic markers. I also used the MISTI to stamp the sentiment in one long line rather than the four lines presented on the stamp. Patterned papers are from Queen & Company’s Happy Harvest paper pad.

Stamping Bella Tiny Townie Hattie Loves Halloween

Copic markers – E000, E00, E04, E11, E21, E31, E33, E35, G28, R01, R02, V12, V15, V17, W2, Y21, YG03, YG09, YG67, YR14, YR16; Kirarina Wink White Pearl pen

Also, this week I posted in Instagram the above card using Tiny Townie Hattie Loves Halloween. (The die is currently steeply discounted!)  The Fall Sentiment was stamped in white and then white embossed, stars attached and then tiny dots added using my Kirarina Wink White Pearl pen. It’s fabulous on black, isn’t it?

thankful

Hello everyone. I hope your week has gone well. And I hope YOU are well. So far, so good here.

This week the Stamping Bella team is revisiting older images. I adore the Teeny  Tiny Townies and since I’m impatiently awaiting fall, I chose to use Teeny Tiny Townie with a Pumpkin Pie. The corresponding die is still available at a huge discount (while supplies last) so that’s a great deal to grab!

Stamping Bella Teeny Tiny Townie with a Pumpkin Pie

She’s stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card and colored with Copic markers. Isn’t she cute?

Stamping Bella Teeny Tiny Townie with a Pumpkin Pie (close-up)

Copic markers – BG10, BG70, E000, E00, E04, E07, E09, E11, E21, E30, E31, E33, E35, W00, W1, W2, Y21, YG63, YG67, YG97

I had to dig deep to find my metal buttons. I haven’t used them in so very long.

NEXT WEEK’S CHALLENGE

Use an image from the same category as the September Stamp of the Month, Donkey Trio Stuffies (which is 50% off through 9/30/2020). In other words, use any image from the Stuffies category.  All challenge details can be found HERE.

Stamping Bella’s September Stamp of the Month

Hello everyone! Happy Friday. We’re experiencing “cooler” weather this weekend and I cannot wait. I’m so ready for fall, my favorite season.  🙂

Today the Stamping Bella team is sharing creations using the September Stamp of the Month, Donkey Trio Stuffies, available at 50% off through 9/30/20.  The set includes three donkey images and the sentiment “Any day spent with you is my favorite day.”

Stamping Bella Donkey Trio Stuffies

I used this forlorn cutie, paired with an I Miss Your Face sentiment. The image was stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card and colored with Copic markers.

Stamping Bella Donkey Trio Stuffies (close-up)

Copic markers – E70, E71, E74, E77, E79, W00, W1, W2

Once colored, I masked him (using a Post It note) then adhered a piece of Post It Tape to create a “ground” line, then adhered a Circle Masking Stencil. After blending in the setting sun I shifted the ground line tape up and blended in a bit of ground. Lastly, I stamped the I Miss Your Face sentiment and adhered to a block of Queen & Company‘s Picture Perfect patterned paper.

NEXT WEEK’S CHALLENGE

Use a vintage Stamping Bella image, meaning one NOT from the current/most recent release. (If the image is not listed in the “what’s new” category, then it’s considered “vintage.”) All challenge details can be found HERE.

Blog “Hug” for Kim

Hello everyone! Today is a special sort of post. Both past and most recent design team members are celebrating Kim of Paper Smooches!

I have already sent a card to Kim expressing my deep appreciation for her, her talent, her friendship, etc., so my card today is more of a “hello.”

Paper Smooches Garden Greetings

When I first noticed Kim’s images in 2008, maybe even a bit before then, I immediately fell in love. Her quirky designs are like no other. To eventually be asked to design for her was this stamper’s dream come true.

Paper Smooches Garden Greetings (close-up)

Copic markers – BG0000, BG01, E000, E01, R000, R00, R01, R81, R83, R85, RV11, Y000, Y11, YG0000, YG01, YG03, YG06; Kirarina Wink White Pearl

Kim, I know I’ve already said this (more than once), but thank you from the bottom of my heart, for your faith in me, in my creativity. Thank you for sharing your talent with so many, and thank you for being YOU. Love you and can’t wait to see what comes next!

If you’d like to see more creations celebrating Kim, there’s a master list HERE.

Peace & Love

Hello everyone. I hope the week has been good for you. It’s time for another challenge with Stamping Bella. This week we’re featuring images from the latest release. I have two.  🙂

Stamping Bella Curvy Girl Namaste/Good Vibes Sentiment

Copic markers – C000, E000, E00, E04, E11, E21, E31, E35, YG03, YG06, YG09

My first card features Curvy Girl Namaste. I stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card then colored with Copic markers. After coloring, I paper-pieced her shirt using Queen & Company‘s Flirty Florals patterned paper, masked the whole image, then used Taylored Expressions’ Circle Masking Stencil with TE’s Go With the Flow stencil adhered over that. I simply used pieces of Post It Note tape to hold the two stencils in place. I then blended in the ink swirls with TE’s blender brushes. To finish, I added a Good Vibes sentiment and a sprinkling of sparkly white Ice Flowers  from Queen & Company.

Stamping Bella Curvy Girl Loves Essential Oils/Good Vibes Sentiment

Copic markers – BG10, BG11, C00, C1, E000, E00, E04, E11, E21, E27, E33, E35, E37, E40, E50, E51, E53, R00, R01, R20, Y0000, Y000, Y21, YG03

Also from the latest release is Curvy Girl Loves Essential Oils. She too was stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card and colored with markers. Once colored, I stamped another Good Vibes sentiment, adhered the image to a block of Flirty Florals paper and added sparkly white Petite Posies, also from Queen & Company.

NEXT WEEK’S CHALLENGE

Use any current Stamping Bella image. (No restrictions.) All challenge details can be found HERE.

Stamping Bella Meet Rosie & Bernie

I chose to use Meet Rosie & Bernie. The image was stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card, colored with Copic markers and then dots added using a Kirarina Wink White Pearl pen.

Copic markers – BG0000, C00, C0, C1, C2, R00, R83, RV0000, RV11, Y0000; Kirarina Wink White Pearl pen

Rainbow Stripes and heart are from The Stamp Market. Once assembled, I stamped a Unicorn Sentiment.

Happy (almost) Fall!

Hello everyone! It’s time for another challenge with Stamping Bella! This week we’re creating with older images (anything not from the current release). Since the Littles and Little Bits are so much fun, I chose to use a couple sets from that category.

All images were stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card and colored with Copic markers.

Note: Use code PAPERCUTS15 (not case sensitive) to save 15% when checking out at X-Press It (Blending Card/adhesives) or Marker Universe (Kirarina Wink pens).

Stamping Bella Littles Fall Fruit and Nature

I paired the sweet girl and basket of apples from Fall Fruit with the little fox from Nature.

Stamping Bella Littles Fall Fruit and Nature (close-up)

Copic markers – E000, E00, E04, E07, E08, E09, E11, E21, E29, E31, E33, E35, E37, E41, E42, E43, G24, G29, G85, R24, R29, R89, W4, Y21, YR18, YR23

The background was created by masking off the borders then blending in distress ink.  I used a tiny leaf stencil to then blend in some subtle falling leaves. Once all pieces were assembled, I added some sparkly orange Gems from Queen & Company.  Lastly I stamped a Fall Sentiment.

NEXT WEEK’S CHALLENGE

Use an image from the same category as the August Stamp of the Month, Rosey & Bernie in Hawaii (which is 50% off through 8/31/2020). In other words, use any image from the Rosie & Bernie category.  All challenge details can be found HERE.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
