Paper Cuts

Hello everyone! It’s the final day of Stamping Bella June release previews! All images will be available for sale tomorrow, June 15. I have 13 samples to share today (haha), but be sure to check out the Stamping Bella blog to see even more and to have the chance to win a $25 shopping spree in the SB shop.

All of my samples were stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card and colored with Copic markers.

Oddball Cinderella

The Cinderella image comes with the sentiment I’ve used here. I cut her out with sharp scissors then adhered her to a block of (old) EK Success Disney Swirl Sparkle patterned paper. As a finishing touch, I added some white Petite Posies to each of the stars.

Oddball with a Sweet Tooth

This cute Oddball comes with the sentiment I used above. I added a strip of scrap patterned paper and colored some clear/white Ice Flowers with a dark brown Copic marker to coordinate with the colored image.

Flying Gnomes

How cute are these Flying Gnomes? The set includes the sentiment I used here. I brushed in the swirl using a Flourish stencil, added a few yellow Jelly Gems and adhered over a panel of Text Style Green Tea Leaves patterned paper (currently $2, WHAT?).

Hi all. This week the Stamping Bella team is sharing creations using the June Stamp of the Month, Edna Loves the Ocean from the Edna the Fairy Godmother collection. The image and sentiment are 50% off through June 30, 2020.

I stamped her onto X-Press It Blending Card, colored with Copic markers and cut her out with sharp craft scissors.

I layered atop a “sun” and a couple strips of coordinating (old) patterned paper scraps. As a finishing touch, I added a bit of zig-zag stitching.

Hello everyone. This week with Stamping Bella we are using images from the latest release.

I chose adorable Bundle Girl with a Corn Flower and Spring Sentiment. I paper-pieced her outfit (with old patterned paper) then added some shading with my Copic markers and white dots with my Kirarina Wink White Pearl pen.

Hello everyone!  I have two cards to share today, one for the weekly Stamping Bella challenge and one I posted on Instagram this week.

Here is my card for this week using Fairy and Floral sets from the Littles category with Spring Sentiment.

We were to use this photo as inpiration:

Such a pretty color scheme!

I first blended a light background. I stamped all pieces onto X-Press It Blending Card, colored with Copic markers, then die-cut with the coordinating dies. (As all dies are currently on sale/being cleared out of the SB shop, only the Floral dies remain from what I used here.) Once assembled, I tucked a clear foam square behind the fairy’s head and added Kirarina Wink White dots to her dress and sprinkled around the flowers.

Hello everyone. Yet another week has passed. All days seem the same in quarantine. Time is passing by sooooooo slowly. Let’s not dwell on that. It’s depressing anyway. Let’s move on to Stamping Bella‘s challenge this week. We were to create using any set from the Cool Chicks category. I chose Succulent Chicks.

I stamped each of these cute chicks onto X-Press It Blending Card and colored with Copic markers. I then die-cut each with the coordinating dies and used my Kirarina Wink White Pearl pen to add tiny dots to the pots. (I added the dots after die-cutting because the dots have a bit of dimension and would be flattened going through the die-cutting machine.) To add some bright color, I used a scrap strip of Queen & Company‘s Fruit Basket patterned paper beneath the pots.

Hello everyone. It’s time for another challenge with Stamping Bella. Today the team is featuring older images.  I chose Honey Bear Stuffies.  🙂

I think this image and sentiment are the sweetest. I don’t know about you, but I’m missing my drops of honey, especially my mom.

After stamping onto X-Press It Blending Card and coloring with Copic markers, I added a cloud background, taking minimum care not to blend over the bears and branch. Once complete, I stitched onto some light blue gingham patterned paper.
