A Sweet Girl and Favorite Flowers

It’s been a (little) while since I’ve posted a sweet Pure Innocence girl so I have two for you.  One today and one tomorrow.  🙂

Start Each Day with “Whee!”

OFP

In case you hadn’t heard, the inspiration for this image came from Kim’s husband (Mr. MFT).  With a bit of free time before school each day, he and their little girl go to the playground, he pushes her on the swing and she says “Whee!”  Isn’t that a great way to start the day?  I think so!  🙂

I paper-pieced the little girl’s dress and shoes and colored the remainder of the image with Copics.

On the swing, I added two tiny brads where the ropes are attached.

As some of you know, I am basically not a flower girl. I  love them but I’m never quite sure what to do with them.  But fear or not, I can’t resist these burlap Homespun Bittles by Prima.  This is (one of many) from my very sassy but equally sweet friend, Jody.  I’m now well stocked.  🙂

I removed the “nut-ish” thing (lol) from the center of the flower, added a button and frayed the ends just a tiny bit.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  I’ll be back tomorrow with another sweetie!  Have a great day!
