Hi everyone! It’s a late posting for me. We were out most of the day winery-hopping. Well, we hopped from one to a second. We had hoped to hit a couple more but time slipped away. It was such fun.
I decided to shift back to my “road card” style for this one. (If you’re new to my blog you may not know that when I distress and/or sponge edges, my husband always asks, “How long was this one in the road?” Thus…the “road card.”
Love
I used one of My Favorite Things‘ newest releases, Seeds of Love by Annie LaPoint. The flowers were stamped a second time, cut out and colored. I clipped a bit between the petals so I could bend each one up just a tad, and I lightly distressed the petal edges as well.
I added a strip of gorgeous chocolate lace trim across the center, then added a felt flower beneath a button tied with natural jute string. Jenni Bowlin mini-patterned papers are from Jacksonbelle Embellishments. (Lindsey has the new Basic Grey! GO!)
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you’re having a great Labor Day weekend!
