Hi everyone! A couple weeks ago Julia asked me to fill in for her WT challenge this week so I thought it would be fun to use two identical “somethings” on a card or project.
You’re my Favorite
I used MFT’s new Bubble Bunny. (Sentiment is from Flopsey’s Flowers.) As you may know, there is only one bunny in the tub on the stamp. I thought it would be cute to add a friend. 🙂
I first stamped the bunny (only) onto a scrap piece of white cardstock. I scanned the image then flipped it using my photo editing software. I printed the flipped bunny onto one of MFT’s Perfect Paper Panels (they really are perfect with Copics) then stamped the whole image onto the flipped bunny, aligning the image with a Stamp-a-ma-jig. I did have to omit a few bubbles but it worked out great.
I used Copics to color the tub, sky and bunnies, and used Paula‘s tips on creating grass using Prismacolor pencils (here). She’s a Prisma-pencil-genius, you know. Wow. Always amazing.
The brown gingham paper was printed from MFT’s Simply Spring digi-paper collection.
If you’d like to play along, you can find the challenge here, and be sure to check out other samples from my buds Jody and Susan. 🙂
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great day!
