Hi again! It’s time for a challenge with Kraftin Kimmie and my Krafty friends plus five! Yes, we have five guest designers this month. Amanda, Deborah, Jenny, Krista and Tangii! You can read a bit about each here. We welcome them and look forward to getting to know them (better)! 🙂
This month Donna has challenged us to incorporate stripes into our designs. I was a wee bit of a rebel and used a plaid. I decided it was fine since there is a predominant stripe. (Yes?)
You Make Me Happy
I chose to use Bench Friends from the Cindy and Mindy line.
I colored with Copics then stamped the girl’s dress and bow (omitting the dots) a second time onto the “striped” paper for piecing.
To see more stripey designs, check out the Krafty Blog here. If you’d like to play along, be sure to post a link to your creation on the Krafty Blog for your chance to win a free Tubing Miles image (as used by Donna, our hostess with the mostest).
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great day! 🙂
