Snowflakes Are Like Friends

I’ve paired Snowflake Flopsey with the new Polka Dot Greetings Frame and Die-namics die-cut.  The sentiment is from the Flopsey set while the dots and die-cut are from the Polka Dot set.  (Both available tonight.)

On the inside, I’ve used a second sentiment from the Flopsey set.

I hope you’ll stop by the MFT Member Forum tonight from 8-10 p.m. EST for lots of fun chatter, games and more prizes!    The winner of the Guest Designer Contest will be announced as well.  That’s always exciting!

Thanks so much for stopping by!  I’ll be back tonight with the Hop & Shop!  Have a great day!

MFTeasers, Day 4

Hello again.   🙂  Today the My Favorite Things design team is previewing three more of the new releases, Jolinne I’m Sorry, Flappers in the Kitchen and a set from a brand new line, Inspired by –Caged Bird.  Teaser prizes continue through tomorrow so be sure to leave a comment at each stop for your chance to win a free set!  Direct links to the previews can be found HERE after 11 a.m. EST.

I’m So Very Sorry

Jolinne is so sweet.  She really does look sorry here, doesn’t she?

I didn’t really do anything special …colored with Copics, added ground/grass with colored pencils.

Along the bottom, I used the negative from the Notebook Edge Die-namics border die.

And on the inside I used a sentiment from the Jolinne “Just for You” set.

A Harvest of Memories, a Day of Thanks

This is Li’l Pumpkin.  SO cute!!  The set comes with the image I’ve used here plus five sentiments.

I’ve paper-pieced her dress, the tiny heart and gave her some pieced, striped stockings.  I remember when my daughter used to wear those.  That, of course, was before the Hanna Montana/glitter/brightest colors EVER hit her wardrobe.  🙂

On the inside, I used a second sentiment and stamped a silhouette of the Li’l Pumpkin girl.

Share the Joy

I like Fred Bear.  He’s so cute.  I used some fun new Crate Paper here.  Too bad I ended up covering it all.

And lastly, I hope you’ve left comments as you’ve hopped because some lucky stampers will win some stamps!! Woohooooooo!  Two ways to win (plus a sale)!!

Did Someone Say Cake?

Here I’ve used Birthday Cake Overdose.  I think little Miles has enjoyed the cake just a wee bit too much.  I thought I had a stamp of that sentiment but I couldn’t find it, so I printed onto the patterned paper using a font called Socially Awkward.

After coloring my image with markers,  I used a clear 3-d glaze pen to add a little dimension and shine to the icing.

Your next stop along the hop is with TORI WILD!  I’m sure she has something SUPER cute to share!

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a great day!

Today the team is sharing samples Clearly Sentimental about Books and a new stamp set/Die-namics duo, Polka Dot Greetings.

A Good Book is Awaiting

MFTGBEOD

I used Clearly Sentimental about Books along with MFT’s Open Scallop Die-namics border die.  (I think that might be temporarily out of stock.)

GBEODIN

On the inside, I created a pocket to hold a gift card on the left.  I used the same papers on the right, leaving plenty of room for a little note.

The “for you” sentiment is from MFT’s WTG Chick Flick set.

    GBEODBM

As a little extra, I used a second sentiment from the new set to create a book mark.
