Hello stamping friends! Today I’m sharing a few cards I created using Purple Onion Designs images. There’s a wonderful holiday sale taking place now through December 5, 25% off rubber stamps. I hope you’ll take a peek. Lots of cuteness. 🙂

All images were stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card and colored with Copic markers.

Here I used Warmhearted Snowman by Stacey Yacula with a sentiment from Sweetest Season. I tried my best using the “no line” coloring technique…although I’m not sure how to carry out a “no line” look with a white image. I think I need disappearing ink. Nonetheless, I think he turned out ok. White dots were added using an extra fine point white Sharpie.

Next I used adorable Louis with Lighted Trees and a Sweetest Season sentiment. Once colored, I added Glossy Accents over the tree decorations so they are shiny and add a bit of dimension. Flurries created with the same white Sharpie.

Lastly, I’ve used Kaily & Nohl, ringing in the new year with a Home for the Holidays sentiment. I also used Dusting of Snow in the background with Diamond Stickles added to the center of each flake and throughout the ground.

Hello everyone! I’m popping in tonight to share a card using another of Purple Onion Designs‘ latest images from the new Winter/Holiday release. 🙂

Three Dog Holiday is one of the super-cute images from Shari Bresicani‘s “It’s Snowing Cats and Dogs.” Isn’t it super cute? I love it.

After stamping the image onto X-Press It Blending Card, I colored with Copic markers then cut it out to adhere over a blended sky background. I added tiny rhinestones to the tree and then flurries using a white Sharpie. The sentiment is from new Furry Friends sentiment set.

There are quite a few dog and cat images in the release, and they’re available as a set or individually. You can find them all HERE.

Hello everyone! I’m popping in today with another sample using Purple Onion Designs‘ latest release, A Happy Little Place.

Here I’ve used Jane, Clothes Line and an Around the Town sentiment.  I love the little clothes line.   And isn’t Jane just so cute? ♥

Copic markers – B91, B93, B95, B97, BV000, BV00, BV01, E07, E08, E09, E30, E31, E33, E35, E37, E40, E42, E50, G24, R00, R29, W00, W1

The fox was cut out and popped up on foam tape with the little enamel heart “hanging” from a string. I also stitched the sun in place with some zig-zag stitches.

Hello everyone! I’m excited today to share with you a sample from Purple Onion Designs‘ newest release, A Happy Little Place by Stacey Yacula, available now. I *may have* squealed just a little when I was asked to guest design. Eeeeeee!  Haha.

This release is so very sweet. There are several little characters, buildings, accessories, pieces for outdoor scenes and a very sweet coordinating sentiment set. ♥ ♥ ♥

On my card today I used Ivy Country Cottage with Junie and an Around the Town sentiment.

Copic markers – BG10, BG70, BG96, BG99, E30, E31, E33, E35, E37, E79, G21, G24, G43, G46, R000, R00, R01, R83, RV11, RV32, W00, W1, W2, W3, Y0000, Y21

Images were stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card and colored with Copic markers. Once colored, I used Daffodil, Lavender and Rose Kirarina Wink glitter pens to add little dots to the ivy and flowers.

My card today features sweet Birch (Winter Bunny) and a sentiment from Sweetest Season.

Copic markers – G29, R0000, R000, R00, R01, W00, W1, W2, W3, W4, YG63, YG67

I die-cut a strip of Post It Tape using Paper Smooches’ Borders 1 die then used that as a mask to blend the background with Salty Ocean Distress Oxide ink. Birch was stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card, carefully cut out and adhered with clear foam squares behind his head and ears. His body is adhered directly to the card front.  I stamped the sweet sentiment then added a sprinkling of tiny snowflakes. (He’s so cute!!)

Remember to grab a clear mount stamp while shopping as the rubber stamps are unmounted and the clear mount stamp is a total game changer. It can even be used with a Misti. That’s what I did! 🙂

Pretty papers are from Echo Park’s Homegrown and Simple Stories’ Bloom & Grow.  I paper-pieced the sun, adhered a Tiny Heart (from Paper Smooches) to the banner and added a bit of zig-zag stitching onto the patterned strips.

Hello everyone! Today I’m sharing a card and tag/gift card holder I created using Purple Onion Designs‘ Emmett & Emerson gnomes along with Snowy Trees.  Reminder:  All rubber stamps on sale 25% off through December 13!

I adore these little guys, especially the hopping one! So cute! Along with the gnomes, I added the cutest little Candy Toppings from Queen & Company. They are perfect as tiny additions to a card or scrapbook page as well as an excellent shaker card ingredient! The candies come in Tic Tac type containers, a collection of eight colors. They’re adorable.

I stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card, colored with Copic markers (listed above) and then cut out Emmett & Emerson. The sentiment was stamped from A Beautiful Day then cut into a little banner shape. Gnomes and sign were popped up on clear foam squares and completed panel was stitched to a block of Pebbles Merry Little Christmas patterned paper. I also added dots of snow using a Kirarina Wink White Pearl pen.

When I stamped the gnomes for my card, I stamped a few extra so I decided to also create a little tag on a gift card holder.

Copic markers – BG96, BG99, E000, E00, E04, E11, E21, G46, R24, R29, R89, W00, W1, W2, W3

I used Paper Smooches’ To From Tag, a stitched rectangle and snowflakes from Taylored Expressions, as well as a sentiment from Purple Onion Designs’ A Beautiful Day. Cute patterned paper is from Doodlebug Design’s Here Comes Santa Claus. I used X-Press It’s super sticky 1/8″ double-sided tape to hold the gift card closed.
