Hello everyone! I hope my American friends had a fabulous Thanksgiving! My husband makes the best stuffing ever. I certainly loaded up on that. I’ll be walking and walking and walking to work it off. Haha. Sooo good.
Before getting into the weekly challenge and an extra card, there’s a big SALE in the Stamping Bella shop! 25% off everything! Yes, ALL the things! No code needed. Just shop. Easy peasy. 🙂
This week’s challenge was to use an image from the latest release. I chose Curvy Girl Multitasker. This is the exact type of multitasking I like best…coffee, comfy chair, book, kitty on my lap. Perfect. The sentiment is from Beachabella, die-cut using the coordinating Beachabella sentiment die.
After stamping onto X-Press It Blending Card and coloring with Copic markers (listed above), I trimmed the image, allowing the slippers to extend past the edge of the paper. Patterns are from Doodlebug Design’s Down on the Farm. Enamel hearts are also from Doodlebug.
Also this week, I colored new Bundle Girl on a Turkey using the noline coloring method. Behind the image, I blended a bit of pattern using Paper Smooches’ Essentials stencil. The Fall Sentiment was stamped in dark brown ink to match the (old) Papertrey Ink patterned paper. (I have soo much patterned paper. I’m trying to use as much as I can of the older papers.)
NEXT WEEK’S CHALLENGE
Use any current Stamping Bella image. (No restrictions.) If you’d like, email your card to [email protected] by next Thursday to be featured on the SB blog. By doing so, you’ll also be entered to win some Bella Bucks! All challenge details can be found HERE.
