Yes, crazy as it is, Target now has Christmas trees and decorations next to Halloween costumes and candy. Haha. The season seems to be creeping earlier and earlier each year. I do love Christmas, and I do love to decorate a little early, mostly because it’s so much work. I want to take the time to enjoy it all. But it isn’t even Halloween! Craziness.
So…even though it is not Halloween, in card maker world, it is time to create holiday cards. Today I’ve used new Yeti’s Loot and Yeti Sentiments from Stamping Bella.
After coloring with Copic markers (listed above), I masked the image then blended a blue background. Once blended, I embossed some white polka dots. I decided to decorate the bag a bit by dotting a heart shape using my favorite white pen. Above and below the image block, I adhered scrap strips of Doodlebug Design’s Here Comes Santa Claus patterned paper. I love that paper pad and will be sad when it’s gone.
