Hello everyone! Have you seen Paper Smooches‘ latest release? Such a fab assortment of stamps and dies. There are two new stencils as well.
Here I’ve used new Caffeinated stamp set with Caffeinated Icons dies, Caffeinated Two which is a smaller coordinating sentiment set, and Stackers stencil.
I stamped the tea image onto X-Press It Blending Card then masked around the bottom edges of the cup before stamping the first boba. I then masked each boba before stamping the next. Highlights were created using a Kirarina Wink White Pearl pen.
Copic markers – BG10, C4, C5, C7, C9, R83, R85, RV32, YG01, YG03, YG09
After coloring the tea with markers (listed below close-up photo), I used Jane Davenport/Spellbinders’s Birthday Suit pastel pallette to lightly add color to the cheeks. I find the pastels so much easier compared to markers when adding a bit of cheek color. I use a small foam eyeshadow applicator.
I blended a bit of a pink background onto my card base then used new Stackers stencil to add in the hearts. I used my Kirarina Wink white pen again to add a little scattering of dots. Two scrap pieces of patterned paper were adhered, then I popped up the tea image on foam squares. I stamped “hey” (from Caffeinated) twice and then aligned “cute” and “tea” (from Caffeinated Two) with my MISTI.
