Today I’ve colored a digi-image from All Dressed Up Stamps, Little Flower Girl. She was printed onto X-Press It Blending Card and colored with Copic markers.

After coloring the hat (and before coloring the surrounding areas), I applied Colorless Blender Solution to a scrap of denim then touched the denim to the hat area.  The texture of the denim transfers the Blender Solution to the hat area, creating the denim pattern. It’s super cool and my favorite use for the Colorless Blender.  🙂

  1. I adore this beautifully colored card!! Would love to win a class w/one of you talented ladies but don’t live close enough to these cities. Good luck to all who do!

  2. Beautiful card. I love the blue denim hat. Great coloring and the stripes are perfect with the image you colored.

  3. Michele, I absolutely love this darling girl, and her hat is the perfect place to show us your wonderful skill of using the colorless blending solution. You’ve added such sweet texture to it! You are amazing, and I love the card! Sweetness! Hugs!

  4. Adorable card with fantastic coloring!

  5. She is just beautiful Michele. I have not tried the denim pattern technique with the colorless blender. I have to give it a try.

  6. So cute Michele, you really do a wonderful job with copics. Tres bien,
    C’est merveilleux!

  7. So cute! I need to get some colorless blender solution and give this technique a try.

  8. I so need to get my hands on a bottle of colorless blender! This is fantastic and perfect on this image with her big hat. I remember learning this technique in class (several years ago) but have not done it since. With all of the summer images I’m using, I will be using this technique for sure. Especially on a denim dress.
