Hi everyone! It’s been too long since I’ve used any of the super cute stamps from Tiddly Inks. I have one today and another tomorrow. 🙂
Today I’ve used Beary Sweet Panda digi image. It’s actually a digi set as it includes the main image as well as a few smaller coordinating images/sentiments. I love that! (Images are also available as a clear stamp set HERE.)
I printed the girl and “happy” images onto X-Press It Blending Card then stamped the small “birthday” from Simon Says Stamp‘s Sending and Wishing. (That set is a “must have!”)
I colored with Copic markers then used a stencil, gray ink and blending tool to create the background.
TIP: To create a simple mask for a digi image, lay one or two Post It notes over the image. (The number of Post It notes is determined by the image size). Be sure to overlap the Post It notes so it’s easier to align with the image once cut out. Trace and cut out the image shape then lay over the colored image. Of course this can become quite tedious with more complex images but for simple shapes, this works great.
I’ll be back tomorrow with another Tiddly Inks image and quick “how-to” color (something). 😉 Thanks for stopping by!
