TGIF!! Today there is a new Thomas Kinkade release at Cornish Heritage Farms, Hometown Pride. Also available is the perfect sentiment to go along with the image, Land of the Free. I am not all that familiar with Thomas Kinkade. Of course, I have heard of him and I have seen his amazing paintings, but this is my first actual stamping of one of the images.
The Land of the Free
As you can see, I didn’t do much coloring on this one. There are a few reasons for this… 1) I chose to focus on the flag since I felt that was the most important part of the image, 2) I love every Thomas Kinkade image I’ve seen when done monochromatically, and 3) I’m a bit fearful to even attempt to replicate Thomas Kinkade’s coloring, but I am trying.
Here’s a closer view of the card…
Thanks so much for stopping by! Come back tomorrow for a Lizzie Anne pirate! (And I’m still working on that give-away! I haven’t forgotten!) Have a great day!
